Welcome to Mr. Vincelette's wiki for the MRMS Library.
Everyone enjoys a good story, whether it's fiction or fact, short or long, new or ancient. Somewhere deep within our brains we are hardwired for stories. The Mountain Ridge library contains thousands upon thousands of stories. Some of them will help you perform research (for example, the stories of the American Revolution or how the scientific method has changed the world). Others may help you learn more about the use of language, or just make you aware of how much pleasure can be found in a good book.
This wiki was started in the summer of 2011 by Mountain Ridge librarian Pete Vincelette. His goal for this wiki is to provide a tool that will help MRMS students and staff access the many resources available through our library, and to provide an online space for the library activities/lessons he creates. (The links for many of those lessons are in the left-hand margin of this page.)
This site is a perpetual "work in progress".
